Start from the Solar Energy Storage path
Confirm whether the request belongs to residential storage, backup power, weak-grid sites, distributor trial orders, or light commercial storage. The same power rating can mean different requirements when battery voltage, grid mode, and backup load change.
Separate hybrid, off-grid, and grid-tied needs
Before comparing model names, confirm whether the buyer needs a hybrid inverter with battery support, an off-grid inverter for standalone power, or a grid-tied inverter for PV export. Mixing these product types creates wrong quotations and mismatched images.
Check phase type and battery compatibility
Record single-phase, split-phase, or three-phase output, project destination voltage and frequency, supported battery voltage, BMS communication method, CAN or RS485 protocol notes, and any battery compatibility list. Compatibility should be confirmed by production documents before customer-facing quotations.
Request model-level production materials
A reliable product package should include datasheets, manuals, wiring diagrams, real product photos, nameplate photos, packing data, warranty terms, MOQ, sample policy, and lead time as supplier-replied items.
Verify certificates by exact model
Do not rely only on general brand claims. Ask whether CE, IEC, UL, ETL, grid-code, or other certificates apply to the exact model and destination requirement being quoted.
Use the guide before requesting price
When the product path, destination, quantity, application, and document needs are clear, production-side replies become easier to compare before samples, trial orders, or customer-facing quotations.
Prepare a quote-ready request
Send your product category, project destination, estimated quantity, application scenario, and document requirements. JSMART can help organize production-side materials before quotation.
